Brandon Dayan is an associate at the firm. While at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, he was co-founder of the Fiat Society, a student run collective focused on exploring the financial concepts associated with all law school courses. 

Prior to graduating law school, he obtained a BA in economics and is well-versed in various areas of finance, including commercial and residential real estate transactions, financial accounting, and capital market issues.

He has previously worked for law firms in the area of matrimonial and family law, real estate transactions, and interned for the Honorable Arthur F. Engoron in New York State Supreme Court.

He is conversational in Farsi.
